- All chair covers and sashes remain the property of Chair
Covers of Hampshire Ltd
- The Hirer is responsible for any loss or damage to covers
and sashes whilst on loan up until their satisfactory return.
- A non returnable deposit of £50 must be received at the
time of booking and returned with a signed booking form which
includes our terms and conditions. Written confirmation will be
supplied for all accepted bookings.
- Full payment must be made 14 days prior to the scheduled
delivery date.
- A charge of £10.00 will be made for each unreturned chair
cover or each chair cover which is returned in an unusable condition.
- A charge of £2.00 will be made for each unreturned chair
sash or each chair sash which is returned in an unusable condition.
- The owners will not be held responsible for injury or damage
to persons or property however sustained from articles hired.
- VAT will be charged on all orders.
- The Hirer must obtain a certificate of postage covering hired
items returned to us using a courier or postal service. An
estimated replacement value of your full order will be quoted
on your invoice and must be quoted to your mail carrier for
insurance purposes. Please note Term 2 overrides this term.
- No additional charges to those stated for delivery or collection will be made within
Hampshire, England unless goods are not available for collection
at the agreed date and time. Where a second collection or an
alternative collection point has to be made an administration
fee of £30 will be applied.
- Covers will be made available for hire throughout the UK.
Delivery and collection charges will be applied to hiring outside
of Hampshire. These costs will be fully detailed in our
comprehensive quote. Again, where goods cannot be collected
as agreed, and a second collection or an alternative collection
point has to be made an administration fee of £30 will be
applied.
- A minimum order equivalent to 50 covers and sashes applies
to all bookings.
